100 Grassroots Activists, Neighborhood Leaders Endorse Councilmember David Ryu's Re-Election Bid

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Underscoring his widespread support among community members across Los Angeles' 4th District, today Los Angeles City Councilmember David Ryu announced that his campaign for re-election has received endorsements from 100 grassroots activists and neighborhood leaders.

“When I first ran for office, it was the support of grassroots activists and neighborhood leaders that propelled our people-powered campaign to victory,” Councilmember David Ryu said. “Today's announcement serves as a testament to the fact that we've maintained this strong community support throughout my first term because we've built up a record of reforming City Hall by fighting to enhance transparency and crack down on big moneyed special interests, while also working to restore trust in city government. I am excited for all of our important work to continue. Together, we will ensure that City Hall prioritizes and represents the voices of all Angelenos.”
