200 Grassroots Activists, Neighborhood Leaders Endorse Councilmember David Ryu's Re-Election Bid

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Just weeks into his re-election campaign, today Councilmember David Ryu announced that he has secured the endorsement of an additional 100 community leaders throughout Council District Four and Los Angeles. With this addition, the total number of grassroots activists and neighborhood leaders who have endorsed Councilmember Ryu is now over 200. 

“Since we launched our campaign for re-election, we have received an incredible outpouring of support,” Councilmember David Ryu said. “Our campaign is all about delivering a clear vision for where we want to take Council District Four, as well as the City of Los Angeles, in my next term. With the strong backing of these grassroots leaders, we will continue to reform our City.”

Like his previous announcement, this group of endorsements includes neighborhood council and homeowners association boardmembers, grassroots activists and more. Additionally, Councilmember Ryu has secured the endorsement of several commissioners, community members who represent their neighborhoods in advising the direction of City departments.
